We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned main contractor delivering a 300-apartment, high-quality residential scheme across two 10+ storey towers in Leeds.
The contractor has a strong 5-year pipeline of BTR and Student Accommodation projects, with values up to £100m.
Role Overview:
- Managing subcontract packages
- Handling variations
- Assisting with cost forecasts
- Supporting valuations and commercial reporting
- General QS duties on a live site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Residential / BTR / Student Accommodation experience preferred but not essential
- Strong subcontract and commercial knowledge
- JCT D&B
This is an ongoing contract until August / September with the potential to run further.
