Quantity Surveyor in Leeds

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned main contractor delivering a 300-apartment, high-quality residential scheme across two 10+ storey towers in Leeds.\\n\\nThe contractor has a strong 5-year pipeline of BTR and Student Accommodation projects, with values up to £100m.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\nReporting to a Senior QS on site, duties will include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing subcontract packages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Handling variations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assisting with cost forecasts\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting valuations and commercial reporting\\n\\n * \\n\\n General QS duties on a live site\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Residential / BTR / Student Accommodation experience preferred but not essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong subcontract and commercial knowledge\\n\\n * \\n\\n JCT D&B\\n\\n📩 Apply / Enquire:\\nFabio Barreto at Edge Careers
