We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Document Controller to join our dynamic team and take ownership as the Lead Document Controller for all of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and take on a key role within our operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our document management processes run smoothly and meet professional standards, with full autonomy to shape and improve these processes. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all aspects of document control across multiple projects. * Ensure project documents are accurately received, logged, quality-checked, saved, and distributed in alignment with company protocols and deadlines. * Maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards. * Support the preparation and coordination of the ISO 9001 Audit, assisting in the achievement of certifications and adherence to auditing standards. * Conduct internal audits and work closely with the Health and Safety Manager to support compliance and continuous improvement. * Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline document control operations. * Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of accurate documentation. * Provide training and support to other staff on document control processes and tools. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally in a construction or engineering environment. * Strong understanding of document control systems, protocols, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001). * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. * High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. * Proficiency in document management systems and software.
