Edge Careers are working on behalf of a key client who are looking to add a 'Land Surveyor' to their Technical Team. This is a Groundworks Contractor that predominantly operates within the Residential Sector. They specialise in Roads, Sewers, Infrastructure, Bulk Earthworks and Housing Plot Groundworks. This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing business that offers an attractive package and working alongside a very experienced technical team.
For this role all applicants must hold:
- a valid CSCS Card
- a UK driving license
Duties:
- Topographical Surveys
- As-Built Surveys
- Site Control, Traversing and Localisations
- Producing 3D site models for volumetrics and machine control
- Competent in using Leica Total Stations & GPS
- AutoCAD
- MS Office proficient (Excel)
- Previous experience of producing cut & fill quantities and isopachyte drawings would be 'beneficial'
- LSS or similar software experience would be 'beneficial'
- Drone experience and qualifications would be 'beneficial'
