Land Surveyor Groundworks

Edge Careers are working on behalf of a key client who are looking to add a \’Land Surveyor\’ to their Technical Team. This is a Groundworks Contractor that predominantly operates within the Residential Sector. They specialise in Roads, Sewers, Infrastructure, Bulk Earthworks and Housing Plot Groundworks. This a great opportunity to join an established, growing business that offers an attractive package and working alongside a very experienced technical team. *For this role all applicants must hold a valid CSCS Card and a UK driving license* Duties: * Topographical Surveys * As-Built Surveys * Site Control, Traversing and Localisations * Producing 3D site models for volumetrics and machine control * Competant in using Leica Total Stations & GPS * AutoCAD * MS Office proficient (Excel) * Previous experience of producing cut & fill quantities and isopachyte drawings would be \’beneficial\’ * LSS or similar software experience would be \’beneficial\’ * Drone experience and qualifications would be \’beneficial\’ If you feel this opportunity could be a good fit for you and the above criteria outlined matches your experience then I look forward to hearing from you
