This is a full-time role for a Bid Writer based in West Malling. This is a fantastic business with a great reputation in the construction industry where they have some exciting plans for the future. Role: You will be responsible for the production of high-quality bid responses for all PQQs and Tender Submissions, covering both written content and the overall design and presentation of documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend tender launch meetings (and review meetings as necessary) including leading discussion of quality requirements within these meetings.
  • Write and edit clear, high-quality content that reflects scoring criteria and client requirements.
  • Work with estimators and planners to turn technical information into clear, client-focused responses.
  • Responsible for the quality and presentation of the overall document, including layouts, graphics and logistics plans, in line with Interclass brand guidelines.
  • Write and tailor CVs and case studies to suit each bid and client requirements.
  • Ensure all bid submission deadlines are met and check and proof-read final copy prior to submission.
  • Manage the production of presentations to support post tender interviews.
  • Capture and share feedback from PQQs and tenders.
