This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking to develop their career within pre-construction. The Role The successful Junior Pre-Construction Manager will play a key role in the early stages of projects, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery. Responsibilities for the Junior Pre-Construction Manager include: * Assisting with budgeting and cost control * Managing document control and administrative tasks * Issuing tenders and tracking bid responses * Documenting and levelling bids for accurate comparisons * Supporting project programming and timelines * Coordinating with teams to facilitate seamless project handovers What Our Client is Looking For * A proactive and motivated individual with a strong work ethic * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Experience with Microsoft Projects (knowledge of Excel and Procore is beneficial) * A background in Project Coordination or Estimating is desirable * Someone eager to progress into a Pre-Construction Manager role The Offer * Salary: £50,000 * Flexible working – 1 day per week from home (flexible day) * Training and development – full support to grow into a senior role * Career progression – clear pathway to Pre-Construction Manager This is an urgent requirement, and our client is looking to hire as soon as possible
