An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing construction business, working on a £17m development comprising three industrial units in High Wycombe. The business specialises in delivering industrial, commercial and leisure developments, with projects ranging in value up to £50m. They are continuing to grow and are looking for someone who wants to develop their career alongside the business.
Initially, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, working closely with the Project Manager and gaining a strong understanding of the company's systems, processes and way of working. The long-term opportunity is where this role really stands out. The intention is for the successful candidate to learn the ropes, develop within the business and progress into a Project Manager position, where you will ultimately take ownership of and lead your own scheme.
