My client has been appointed to carry out the construction of a new process building for a highly reputable manufacturing company that produces construction equipment. The scope of the works includes demolition of the existing building and erection of a new building circa 2500m² floor area with 2 concrete access ramps, 3 external access steps, concrete deck, and perimeter access path in Dorking. Initial works commenced on 11/5/26 with a contract duration of 52 weeks. The value of the works is circa £8.5m. The works are being procured under a Design & Build contract.

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead and successfully deliver this project. As a minimum, we require:

  • A Managers CSCS card
  • 3-day first aid at work
  • SMSTS
  • Must be computer literate
