The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Edge are recruiting for a Design Manager to work with one of our clients based in Leeds. They are a main contractor that work across a variety of sectors which include BTR and high-rise projects.

You will manage and coordinate the design of construction (non-civil) projects from tender stage right through to the completion of the construction stage design information and production of the operating and maintenance manuals.

The projects you will work on will range in value from £15m - £100m.

As a Design Manager, you monitor the quality of the design to ensure that it meets the requirements of the business and the client. You’ll critically review design information to ensure it fulfils commercial criteria, contractual obligations and that it complies with all statutory requirements.

Managing design information requests, you will also participate in design coordination with all of our key consultants and supply chain.
