Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Bristol We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction business delivering high-value projects across a broad range of sectors. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team and will have the opportunity to work across varied construction projects, with clear opportunities for career development and professional growth. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial management and successful delivery of projects, working closely with operational and commercial teams. Preparation and analysis of project budgets Assessment and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments, ensuring the appropriate notices are issued Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Account submissions Managing and valuing Variation accounts Assisting with the preparation of Extension of Time claims and Loss and Expense submissions Identification and management of commercial risks Assisting with the production of robust and accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports Ensuring effective interaction between commercial and operational site teams We are looking for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with construction experience and strong commercial awareness.
