I am recruiting for a skilled Technical Coordinator/Manager for a Midlands based housing contractor.

Duties will be focused around controlling and coordinating all technical information between external consultants and internal departments, ensuring all approvals are obtained and information received is issued, to allow for a programmed start on site.

Previous experience in the UK housing market at either a practice or contractor is essential.
