I'm partnering with a fantastic client to recruit an experienced HR Manager to support their growing operations across the West Midlands. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take the lead on all aspects of HR, partner with managers across the business, and play a key role in driving learning, development and employee engagement. If you're currently operating at HR Manager level within the construction, housebuilding or property development sector and enjoy building strong relationships, influencing positive change and making a real impact, I'd love to hear from you.
Requirements include:
- Strong generalist UK HR experience
- A sound understanding of UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, pragmatic and diplomatic approach to employee relations
- CIPD Level 4 or 5 (or be working towards it)
