I’m currently supporting a Tier 1 main contractor in their search for a Building Services Manager to join their team in Birmingham.
This contractor delivers major projects across the Education, High Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Blue Light sectors, with project values typically ranging from £20m – £100m. With a full order book secured through 2026, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and highly respected business in the region.
About the Role:This position offers involvement from early pre-construction through to delivery. You’ll support design development, coordinate MEP services, review technical submissions, ensure buildability, and drive quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. A great opportunity for someone looking to step into or continue their development within a Tier 1 contracting environment, working solely on West Midlands projects.
