We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to provide strategic leadership across our client's East Midlands operations. This senior role is responsible for driving business growth, delivering high-quality projects safely and on time, and managing client relationships to achieve ambitious company goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day regional operations, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Full P&L responsibility, managing project finances, audits, and cost centres.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety policies across all sites.
  • Developing and implementing regional business strategies in collaboration with the senior management team.

Proven experience as a Regional Director with an established main contractor, managing regional turnover of £50m+ and projects up to £20m is required. Key sector experience in education, commercial, industrial, and leisure is essential. A deep knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and commercial, technical, and sales aspects is necessary.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are vital, along with the ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
