We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated and customer-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotations and orders accurately via phone, email, and website
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service at all times
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up where necessary
