We are looking for a detail-orientated Marketing Executive to join our friendly and creative team based in Chichester. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in planning and delivering our core marketing campaigns. You will have experience of executing integrated marketing campaigns in their entirety, from design to their timely delivery, analysis and reporting.

As Marketing Executive, you will work across a spectrum of marketing channels including email, SMS, direct mail, PPC, SEO, PR, print advertising and more. You will also take ownership of our organic social media strategy, content planning and implementation. Joining at an exciting time in our business, you will play a crucial role in extending our reach amongst the trade audience within the South East.

You will be a dynamic, motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders from across the business, external agencies and suppliers alike to ensure all marketing assets and activity are delivered in a professional yet creative manner. You will enjoy working in a fast-driven and collaborative environment, where your ability to multi-task and deliver engaging projects across the entire marketing mix will be key in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Craft compelling multi-channel campaigns aimed at building awareness and activation through our B2B prospect audience and increasing retention by engaging our existing trade customers.
  • Marketing Materials: Work with internal stakeholders to design and manage marketing materials for PoS and for use by the sales team.
  • Social media: Take ownership of our organic social media strategy through planning, implementation and analysis.
  • Content creation: Content planning and copywriting for blog, case studies, print editorial and social media.
  • Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, providing data-led insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • SEO: Work with external SEO specialist to support SEO efforts through blog content and website management.

Previous marketing experience is essential. Experience in B2B marketing is preferable.
