Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer quotations and orders accurately via phone, email, and website
  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up where necessary
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Ensure all internal systems and processes are followed correctly
  • Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
