Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF) is looking for a Cricket Programmes Coordinator to inspire and grow cricket across the community. You will manage the delivery and administration of the Chance to Shine programme and clubs & leagues systems, ensuring smooth participant registration, reporting, and session tracking via CTS and PlayCricket platforms. You will support casual coaches with CPD, equipment, compliance, and session delivery, while helping plan tournaments, competitions, and festivals that engage players of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and administration of the Chance to Shine programme and clubs & leagues systems.
- Ensure smooth participant registration, reporting, and session tracking via CTS and PlayCricket platforms.
- Support casual coaches with CPD, equipment, compliance, and session delivery.
- Help plan tournaments, competitions, and festivals that engage players of all ages.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with coaches, venues, and stakeholders to deliver programmes, supporting coach development, and promoting sessions through partnership working. You will be ECB Foundation/Core qualified, DBS-verified with safeguarding and first aid certification, hold a full driving license, and be computer literate.
