Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? Edgbaston Priory Club is looking for a Head of Experience to help shape the next chapter of our brand journey, joining us on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As a premier racquets and lifestyle club, Edgbaston Priory Club is known for excellence - and this role ensures we continue to exceed expectations.

You will lead a talented team to grow membership, enhance the Club’s reputation, and deliver seamless, standout experiences to our members.

What you will do:

  • Lead the EPC Brand Experience: Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all member and guest touchpoints.
  • Increase Awareness & Reputation: Execute strategies that elevate EPC’s profile and reinforce its position as a market leader.
  • Drive Member Engagement: Oversee communications and campaigns that foster loyalty, excitement, and community.
  • Inspire the Experience Team: Provide clear leadership and support to ensure continuity and excellence during the maternity cover period.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with teams across marketing, digital, operations, and events to align on goals and deliver outstanding results.

You will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in brand, marketing, or experience management—ideally within a premium, lifestyle, hospitality, or membership-based organisation.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking with hands-on delivery capability.
  • Confident team manager and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Available for a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
