Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial to lead the hotel’s revenue, sales, distribution and marketing strategy. This senior role will shape and deliver a five-year plan to maximise revenue, profitability and strategic partnerships.

You will own budgets for accommodation, conferences and events, guide pricing and channel strategy, and lead the commercial team to achieve targets while collaborating with the University of Birmingham and external partners.
