About This Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our outstanding Maths department from September 2026. The successful candidate will join an innovative, forward‑thinking team of teachers who are passionate about engaging and inspiring young people in their learning and committed to raising standards of attainment. The post is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and requires the ability to teach Maths across the whole ability range. Applications are invited from both newly qualified and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Teach Maths across the full ability range to students in the department.
- Plan, deliver and assess high quality Maths lessons that support the curriculum and student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review teaching resources and assessment strategies.
- Participate in induction, CPD and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A teaching qualification (PGDE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience of teaching Maths to secondary pupils, preferably in an all‑ability setting.
- Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students to achieve high standards.
