In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery—identifying opportunities, leading bids, and building lasting partnerships. In your first year, you will be supported to deliver £2 million of new and repeat business, aligned with our commitment to excellence and long‑term client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a strategic business development plan aligned with company growth ambitions
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead the preparation of high‑quality, compelling bids and proposals
  • Deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate value and expertise
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and conversion
  • Provide clear and honest insight on opportunities, risks, and commercial decisions
  • Support the development of marketing collateral and thought leadership content
