We’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to take ownership of our European e-commerce portfolio, focusing on Amazon Vendor. This role involves managing accounts end-to-end, including pricing, promotions, stock, and performance.

You’ll get to:

  • Own the Amazon commercial levers end-to-end (pricing, promotions, assortment) across our EU e-commerce business.
  • Build and drive JBPs and promo calendars that deliver results.
  • Ensure plans are executed in the market and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with agencies, supply chain, marketing, and data teams to maintain synchronisation.
  • Turn data into decisions and measurable commercial impact.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Keep secondary e-tailers like Bol, Zooplus, Plein, Medpets on track.
  • Monitor performance closely to identify what’s working and what needs fixing.

What skills & tricks should you bring?

  • Strong Amazon Vendor experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a love for data and performance.
  • Ownership mentality.
  • Structured, detail-driven, and quick to act.
  • Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
