We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to take ownership of our European e-commerce portfolio, focusing on Amazon Vendor. This role requires someone who owns accounts end-to-end, from pricing and promotions to stock and performance.
You will work across agencies, supply chain, marketing, and data teams to ensure plans are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Amazon commercial levers end-to-end (pricing, promotions, assortment) across our EU e-commerce business.
- Build and drive JBPs and promo calendars that deliver results.
- Ensure plans are executed in the market to drive performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain synchronisation and avoid chaos.
- Transform data into decisions and measurable commercial impact.
- Identify risks and opportunities early.
- Keep secondary e-tailers like Bol, Zooplus, Plein, Medpets on track.
- Monitor performance and address issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Amazon Vendor experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial mindset with a love for data and performance.
- Ownership mentality.
- Structured, detail-driven, and quick to act.
- Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
