Our mission is to provide pet food that is good for the planet and pets. We are one of the fastest growing Pet Food companies in Europe and we are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in helping us conquer the UK.

We want someone who is passionate about sales and building relationships with customers, representing our company values with a can-do attitude. Your aim is to ensure all our customers can find our beautiful brand at arm's length in your territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Your focus area will be London, with flexibility to visit other areas across the UK.
  • You will help unlock the potential of the Specialty Channel.
  • You will fully manage the Specialty Independents in your area (distribution, in-store visibility & POS, recommendation, demos and display) and visit key Specialty Chains to build relationships with store managers.
  • Opening new business will be one of your key priorities.
  • You will be responsible for your turnover targets and financial reporting.
  • You will deliver on various campaigns throughout the year with different targets and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Supply to ensure all targets are met.
Qualifications & skills:
  • A full, clean driver's license and car.
  • A passion for pets.
  • A winning mentality & can-do attitude.
  • Previous Field Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the pet food industry is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up is a plus.
