The Opportunity

As a Business Development Director, you’ll help shape our commercial success by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, nurturing key relationships and supporting our ambition to deliver effective onsite energy projects across the UK. You will be leading a team that values clear thinking and positive energy.

You’ll share insight on market trends, new technologies and customer needs to help refine our offerings. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across sales, delivery and asset management to support strategic decisions.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Business Development Director who is proactive, commercially focused and confident building meaningful relationships. This role will suit someone who enjoys shaping opportunities, collaborating with others and helping create a net zero future. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field
  • Proven track record of commercial success in sales and business development

  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities through lead generation and follow-through
