The Opportunity

As a Construction Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in onsite construction delivery at Hinkley Point C - one of Europes largest nuclear construction sites. You'll oversee daily activity, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines and goals, supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll coordinate contractors, monitor performance, and manage site activity to keep delivery on track. This is your opportunity to build expertise on a complex nuclear programme while progressing your career in a high-performing construction environment.

Who You Are

We're looking for a Construction Delivery Manager with strong onsite experience and a practical, delivery-focused approach. You're motivated to take the next step in a major project environment and contribute to complex construction delivery. Are you experienced in:

  • Proven onsite experience within construction, oil and gas, or a comparable major project environment
  • Demonstrable mechanical and electrical delivery experience across multidisciplinary construction works
  • Experience coordinating multiple contractors across live construction work packages
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing, planning, and risk identification in active site environments
  • Experience producing site reports and supporting daily coordination of stakeholders onsite
  • French oral and writing proficiency, with a keen desire to achieve business-level proficiency prior to relocating to France

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily onsite construction activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery
  • Monitoring progress against the four-week plan and escalating risks or delays
  • Coordinating contractors, trades, and service providers to maintain alignment
  • Supporting permit to work processes, inspections, and site assurance activities
  • Providing clear reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking
