Responsibilities
- Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Installation Manager to whom he/she reports, the Cost Control Support is responsible for carrying out all inspection operations associated with the erection works included within IB\’s scope of work on site.
- EM2 erection budget monitoring. Issuing monitoring charts and work project completion forecasts in conjunction with the Framatome PCM site cost-control unit and the consolidated business reporting system used.
- Setting up local covering orders for supplies and services (tools, consumables, transport and lifting, vehicles, machining or fabrication works, etc.).
- Monitoring local expenditure on open covering orders.
- Forecasting and monitoring working capital needs for EM2 activities invoiced on site to Framatome PCM site.
- Work Orders follow-up & reception.
Functional interfaces with the other units of the EM2 site & back-office:
- Installation manager
- Work package Leaders
- Logistics
- Administration
- Cost Control team in Back Office in Chalon sur Saône
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Familiarity with Framatome management tools (SAP), IT and business reporting tools
- Ability to set-up relevant management charts for monitoring budgets, that are compatible with the site’s operations
- Ability to negotiate and set up \”covering\” orders with local suppliers that are compatible with the needs of the operating units
- Ability to integrate within a site management team and communicate with the different erection units
- Ability to form quality relationships with the different interfacing units (integrate into a site management team), both internally and with interfacing units on site or at head office
- Very exacting, with highly developed organizational skills
- Fluency in English required
