Purpose of the job

The Project engineer in charge of the subcontractor follow up is responsible of the contract management of the IB subcontractors on HPC site.

He is a member of the HPC IBC project team and reports to the IBC EM2 Contract Manager.

Main missions

  • To Manage the contract between Framatome IB and its subcontractor on HPC site
  • To follow the realization of the contracts on site
  • To manage the interface between Subcontractors, Customer and Framatome
  • Change management

  • Comfortable and confident to highlight issues and bring a wide range of stakeholders together to find pragmatic resolutions that satisfy all stakeholders
  • Embraces a challenging technical environment with multiple and urgent demands
  • Previous nuclear experience – highly advantageous
  • Ability to communicate (both internally and with the project or engineering groups or the customer and suppliers) and well developed didactic skills.
  • Well-developed organizational and methodological skills.
  • Ability to form quality relationships with the different units, both internally and with the customer, subcontractors and local service providers. Budget management and cost control, notions of financial control
  • Ability to manage projects (meeting milestones, results), federate and get stakeholders on board
