Job Role
- Operated tractors and various agricultural or construction machines to complete daily site tasks effectively.
- Carried out land preparation duties including ploughing, leveling, digging, and site clearance.
- Loaded, moved, and unloaded soil, gravel, waste materials, and other supplies across work areas.
- Conducted pre-use inspections, fuel checks, lubrication, and basic servicing of tractors and attached equipment.
- Maintained full compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure safe machinery operation at all times.
- Assisted supervisors and co-workers in coordinating workload to achieve project targets within deadlines.
- Identified mechanical faults early and reported repair requirements to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Valid CPCS certification for Tractors.
- Experience working on large infrastructure, rail, or earthworks projects.
- Valid Safety Critical Medical.
Experience
- Experienced Tractor Driver and Heavy Equipment Operator with hands-on knowledge of operating tractors, loaders, excavators, and other machinery in construction and land preparation environments.
- Able to work effectively with supervisors and site teams to complete projects on time and in a safe manner.
