The Opportunity
This two-year Business Administration Apprenticeship offers a starting salary of £25,000 and the training and support to help you achieve a Level 5 qualification with opportunity to continue working towards Level 6 on successful completion. You’ll regularly work in our offices with your team attending virtual training two days a month and completing study remotely, supported by EDF mentors. This programme is part of our journey towards An Electric Britain – and you’ll play a role in shaping that future.

Your base location will be Alexander House, Durham.

Who You Are
To be eligible for this EDF apprenticeship programme, you need to have five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 including English and Maths or a relevant Level 2 qualification. You’ll be self-motivated, eager to learn and able to balance study with work. You’ll thrive in a team environment and enjoy taking ownership of tasks.
The Assessment Centre will be conducted virtually on the 9th April 2026. Candidates who progress beyond this stage may be required to attend an in-person interview at Alexander House, Durham on the 15th or 16th April. Applicants are therefore requested to keep these dates available where possible.
