  • An extremely resilient character and mindset, where you can ensure the needs of stakeholders are met in a matrix organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of negotiating with Tier 1 suppliers such as TCS, Accenture & Infosys and managing outsourced or offshored service contracts

  • Applying a value-delivery and savings focused mindset to support wider EIT Procurement & Contracts objectives
  • Developing & owning the creation of a category plan which is signed off by EIT Senior Stakeholders and Procurement & Contracts Leadership
  • Managing supplier relationships and driving performance through structured supplier management approaches
  • Delivering on sourcing strategies, tender processes, evaluations and contract awards
