Au sein de la Business Line Maintenance, vous serez en charge de la préparation et de la réalisation des arrêts de tranche prévus dans le cadre du contrat long terme signé entre Framatome et la centrale nucléaire de Sizewell B (Royaume‑Uni). Le poste est basé sur un cycle de 18 mois, comprenant une longue phase de préparation suivie d’une phase d’exécution intense.
En tant qu’Outage Manager, vous piloterez l’ensemble des activités attribuées à Framatome et à ses partenaires durant les arrêts. Vous représenterez Framatome sur site auprès du client, et jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination technique, humaine et contractuelle du périmètre.
Pendant la phase de préparation :
- Construire et animer l’organisation de préparation, en mobilisant les ressources internes et partenaires (environ 20 sous-traitants)
- Définir et valider le périmètre de l’arrêt avec le client et les équipes projet Framatome
- Établir le planning de préparation et les budgets associés, en s’appuyant sur le retour d’expérience des précédents arrêts
- Mettre en œuvre un plan de gestion des risques et proposer des actions de mitigation adaptées
- S’assurer que toutes les activités préparatoires respectent les jalons, le budget et les standards Sécurité, Qualité et Sureté de Framatome
- Mettre en place les outils de suivi (indicateurs, reporting, etc.) et garantir une communication efficace avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes
Pendant la phase d’exécution :
- Être l’interlocuteur principal du client pour toutes les questions liées à l’arrêt
- Coordonner une équipe de 400 personnes (Framatome + sous‑traitants), en veillant à la bonne répartition des missions et à l’adéquation des qualifications
- Piloter l’exécution des opérations sur le terrain dans le respect des exigences contractuelles et des standards Framatome
- Assurer un suivi qualité rigoureux, des reportings réguliers, et anticiper les dérives potentielles
- Garantir la présence de Framatome sur site et assurer l’intérim du Site Manager en cas d’absence
Qualifications :
- Formation ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
- Expérience confirmée (>10 ans) dans le secteur nucléaire, idéalement sur des activités de maintenance ou d’arrêts de tranche
- Leadership solide, capable d’animer une équipe de grande taille (jusqu’à 400 personnes)
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux contractuels, techniques, organisationnels
- Capacité d’analyse, rigueur, sens du service client
- Autonomie, flexibilité, capacité à gérer les imprévus sur site
- Qualité de reporting, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Anglais courant indispensable (poste basé au Royaume‑Uni)
- Bon relationnel et posture professionnelle affirmée
