The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project. Hinkley Point C is the UK’s first new build nuclear power station in a generation that is critical to the UK NetZero targets. All roles on the project require key behaviours which support the Zero Harm objective, a questioning attitude, and drive to uphold the standards of safety and quality required by this prestigious project. A committed strong work ethic is essential at all levels. All candidates are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and experience where possible directly related to the criteria required for the role. It is acknowledged that previous Nuclear based experience will not always be possible, as such supporting with project research and how individual skills may be transferable will be important.

Accountabilities:

As a Site Systems Coordinator, you will be accountable for the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of digital construction management system(s). The role ensures that site teams are equipped to use approved software effectively, enabling accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure site installation software is managed efficiently and in line with the project scope.
  • Coordinate the onboarding, offboarding, training, access, hardware, governance and security.
  • Ensure ITPs are available for construction use within the site installation software tool, sequencing and data control is managed and Lifetime quality records are produced in adherence with client requirements.
  • Data Validation & Reporting on quality metrics available through the site installation software database, presented through the tools dashboards and Power BI.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the Construction, Quality and Records team to resolve issues involving record production through the site installation software tool.
  • Support the Senior Management Team in ensuring digital strategy is achieved through the application of the site installation software tool.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and user guidance to project teams, promoting consistent adoption and best practice use of digital systems.
  • Monitor system usage, compliance, and data quality, identifying opportunities to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, guidance notes, and training materials.
  • Capture user feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of digital construction processes and system functionality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site teams, providing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating technical matters where appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Good experience working in an IT systems role with confident use of IT systems.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications or experience with Field View, ProCore and SiteAssist, or similar project management software are advantageous but not required, training will be provided.

Additional Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience working on construction or engineering projects within a site-based or project support role (Ideally Nuclear).
  • Experience configuring digital forms, workflows, permissions, and reporting within construction software platforms.
  • Nuclear Safety Culture understanding.
  • Proven ability to deliver user training, workshops, and one-to-one coaching to personnel with varying levels of technical knowledge.

  • Hinkley Point C Construction Site, Wick Moore Drove, Nr Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UF.
  • 9 Day Working Fortnight is an option.
