The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.
The Team Administrator role will support the SZC team by taking responsibility for maintaining administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Welcoming new starters
- Coordinating diaries
- Arranging events
- Initiating IT requests as required whilst monitoring progress
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting EA with DLT and day-to-day requirements
- Team planning, location logistics and wider team needs
Experience
Essential:
- Ability to collaboratively work with other teams
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise
- Experience of office working
- Excellent organisational skills
- Administration experience
- Experience of using Office 365
