Rôles et responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Installation et rattaché au Chef de Projet IBC, le Package Manager est chargé de :
- Piloter l’équipe sur site afin d’assurer la bonne réalisation du lot de travaux de traitement thermique après soudage (PWHT).
- Definir des standards et des indicateurs de référence afin de garantir une performance homogène et le respect des exigences qualité.
- Coordonner les équipes et les différents services pour aligner les plannings, optimiser les flux de travail et prévenir les conflits d’intervention.
- Mettre en œuvre et promouvoir les processus qualité en veillant à leur bonne application et à leur communication tout au long du projet.
- Planifier et séquencer les activités de manière efficace, tout en mettant en place les mesures de protection nécessaires pour préserver les travaux réalisés et garantir leur qualité.
- Superviser les inspections client et le processus de réception des travaux, en assurant une transition fluide et la satisfaction du client.
- Être le référent pour le reporting PLOD/PLOW, en garantissant sa conformité aux exigences du projet.
- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de finalisation du projet, en garantissant une planification et une allocation des ressources adaptées.
- Suivre l’avancement des travaux afin de garantir le respect des délais de livraison et des attentes du client et des parties prenantes.
- Valider les feuille de temps afin d’assurer un suivi fiable des heures travaillées.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI), notamment le taux d’ouverture et de clôture des NCR (Non-Conformity Reports / fiches de non-conformité).
- Récrire le rapport de fin d’intervention.
- Identifier, documenter et justifier l’ensemble des retards contractuels, puis préparer les éléments nécessaires à leur revue par le Contract Manager.
- Préparer les indicateurs mensuels de sécurité et réaliser les revues des événements sécurité.
- Poste en expatriation en Angleterre avec présence permanente sur le site d’Hinkley Point C
