Accountabilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Recommend methods to improve overall quality and assist in analysing quality concerns.
  • Monitor and assist construction to achieve quality standards.
  • Ability to cover weekend working in-line with operational need.

Qualifications

  • CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2 or PCN L2 or PCN L3
  • Major Project Experience
  • Nuclear Experience beneficial

Experience

  • Perform inspections in accordance with the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
  • Liaise with client's representative for conducting day-to-day inspection during the construction activities.
  • Ensure work activities are in compliance with ECS Code, drawings, vendor and code requirements with respect to material, alignment, etc.
  • Assist QC Manager and Area Leads in executing their responsibilities.
  • Maintain LTQR's as required during inspections ensuring all signatures on LTQR and ITP during inspection.
  • Update SONIM register as required.
  • Champion Foreign Material Exclusion, preventing ingress or entrapment of non-specified materials, loose items or debris in equipment and/or systems during assembly and testing.
