We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Balance of Plant (BOP) delivery programme.
The Role
As Project Manager within the Balance of Plant programme, you’ll be in the driving seat, leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical systems, structures, and components across several buildings and contracts within the BOP area. From engineering through to commissioning, you’ll ensure excellence at every stage by:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve seamless delivery.
- Taking ownership of budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex interfaces smoothly.
- Applying your technical expertise and leadership to uphold the highest standards of execution and compliance.
About You
You’re an experienced Project Professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion. You bring a blend of technical know-how and strategic insight across key areas:
- Engineering & Project Lifecycle – Leading projects from initial design all the way through to commissioning.
- Commercial Expertise – Managing high-value contracts, controlling costs, and resolving claims with confidence.
- Risk & Quality Management – Ensuring operational excellence in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in mechanical, electrical, process systems, or civil engineering within large-scale industrial plant environments.

- Strong grasp of the complexities involved in major projects, particularly in managing interfaces between different scope areas.
- Experience in project management or project engineering, covering the full lifecycle from concept through to handover.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to engage effectively in both client-facing and contractor-facing scenarios.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership abilities.
