The Opportunity
As our Retention Marketing Executive, you'll help deliver campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and reduce churn. Working closely with the Retention Lead, you'll create clear communications and support engagement activity, contributing to our journey towards An Electric Britain.
This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your experience across retention, CRM, and customer engagement. You'll work with data, tools, and teams across the business to improve campaigns and deliver meaningful results.
Who You Are
We're looking for a Retention Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver campaigns quickly and effectively. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Experience writing customer-facing content across digital or print channels
- Strong ability to structure communications with clear messaging and calls to action
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns from idea to launch and tracking performance
- Experience using automated marketing platforms and CRM tools such as Braze
- Ability to think through customer journeys and shape communications accordingly
- Confidence using tools, templates and data to create and deploy communications
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple campaigns and priorities
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver campaign activity
- High attention to detail with a consistent and thorough approach
- Enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business

- Creating and deploying insight-led retention campaigns across email, SMS, print and digital channels
- Writing clear and consistent communications that support engagement and retention activity
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Supporting continuous optimisation through test and learn approaches
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, effective campaigns
