Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am - 6pm)


The primary responsibility of this on-site role is to manage reactive repair and maintenance tasks and oversee building and plant maintenance works within the HPC project agreement.


Key Responsibilities


Respond to BMS alarms/faults and perform daily plant monitoring, keeping detailed operational logs.
Carry out maintenance and repairs across estate fabric, fixtures, grounds, and parking areas.
Log all work requests via CAFM for full traceability and assist in maintaining updated CAD layout drawings.
Execute workspace re-engineering tasks assigned by the Helpdesk and oversee on-site subcontractors to ensure operational standards.
Act as an Accompanying Safety Person and strictly adhere to G4S Corporate Part B Health & Safety standards.


Essential Criteria


Proven background in facilities or building maintenance
Strong knowledge of relevant H&S procedures and compliance standards.
Proficient in IT systems with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented approach to work
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


Desirable:


Qualified to NVQ level 4 or equivalent in a Technical discipline.
Practical, working knowledge of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
