Job responsibilities:
- To ensure all data is correctly input and extracted and available for audit
- Maintain accurate records of Stores and Compound activities
- Assist in the management of onsite/offsite bookings for vehicle movements via a Delivery Management System
- Communicate with procurement and suppliers as required
- Produce various reports as requested by the Stores and Compounds Lead
- Provide administrative support to the Stores and Compound Managers
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative requests
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities

Experience:
- Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience of working in administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think and act quickly under pressure
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance
- Reliability in maintaining a consistent work ethic and routine
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding of equality and diversity principles regarding the needs of visitors and colleagues
- Capability to work with various internal processes and systems
- Quick adaptability to learning new systems
- Proficient in IT, with a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
