Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site team to successfully deliver the Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) package of works.
- Establish standards and benchmarks to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality expectations.
- Coordinate with teams and departments to align schedules, optimize workflow, and prevent conflicts.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of quality processes, ensuring their effective implementation and communication throughout the project.
- Sequence work tasks efficiently and implement protection measures to safeguard completed works and maintain quality.
- Oversee the client inspection and handover process, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the referent authority for PLOD/PLOW reporting, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for project completion, ensuring proper planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress to ensure that handover deadlines are met and that client and stakeholder expectations are achieved.
- Approve timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of labor and project hours.
- Follow the KPI, for the NCR opening versus closure.
- Produce the End of Intervention report.
- Detail and provide evidence for all the contractual delays; prepare the channels for contract manager review.
- Prepare monthly Safety indicator; Review of safety event.

Formation et expérience:
- Formation ingénieur à dominante mécanique.
- 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum.
Qualités recherchées:
- Capacité à piloter une équipe multiculturelle sur chantier avec plusieurs sous-traitants.
- Bon sens relationnel.
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques Office 365.
