What you’ll be doing

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity at the centre of our finance function responsible for delivering consolidated reporting for the whole of our UK & Ireland operations and providing insightful financial and performance reporting to the Executive Team and Shareholders. As group financial controller you will have responsibility for the financial reporting and control of all entities across the UK and Ireland, maintaining effective systems and processes across multiple subsidiaries, equity stakes and on behalf of both our EDF shareholders and other partners. You’ll also manage our relationship with Finance Shared Services, optimise cashflow with shareholder treasury teams, and guide the design and implementation of key platforms like SAP and Anaplan. You will have experience of working in or leading teams across multiple finance disciplines including Financial Control, Consolidation & Technical Accounting, Finance Operations (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), Treasury and FP&A. A proven track record in leading FP&A functions within fast-paced, capital-intensive environments is desirable, ideally within the renewables or energy sectors.
