The programme is primarily delivered in day-release mode by University of Cumbria, with learning on a fixed day each week from 9am to 5pm. At the start, there is usually a more intensive block of study (around late September) to help learners get to know each other, their tutors, and University systems. Normal day-release delivery then begins from October. Learning runs throughout the calendar year and includes formal University sessions and guided independent study. Most learning is online, with some optional in-person opportunities. The full timetable will be provided once a place on the course is confirmed.
