Main Duties:


β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for supplier account administration,
β€’ Manage the accounts payable mailbox,
β€’ Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices, payments, statements,
remittances.
β€’ Obtain missing documentation and resolve invoice discrepancies,
β€’ Resolve invoice processing issues on the ERP system,
β€’ Liaise with procurement, project teams and suppliers to ensure invoices can
be processed,
β€’ Collect Direct Debit invoices and provide them to the external accounting
provider,
β€’ Monitor invoice approval workflows and ensure invoices progress through
internal approval stages,
β€’ Create new supplier accounts in the ERP and ensure all required supporting
documentation is obtained and maintained.
β€’ Prepare, issue and maintain customer invoices,
β€’ Monitor Customer payment status,
β€’ Follow up outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities,
β€’ Maintains Customer Billings records,
β€’ Support intercompany quarterly invoicing processes.
β€’ Act as the primary liaison between the company and the external accounting
provider,
β€’ Coordinate and follow up requests from the external accounting provider,
β€’ Support the resolution of ERP, workflow and process issues by coordinating
with internal stakeholders and software providers where required.
β€’ Maintain organised and auditable AP and AR records,
β€’ Ensure invoice documentation is stored on company systems in accordance
with company procedures,
β€’ Maintain financial filing structures and supporting records,
β€’ Verify payment confirmations are correctly filed and accessible.


Requirements:


β€’ A qualification in Accounting, Finance
β€’ AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified
β€’ 2-3 years experience
