About the Role

Take ownership of high-performing solar assets and help power a cleaner future. At EDF Power Solutions, you will play a key role in managing renewable energy projects and supporting our journey to net zero through smart, data-led asset management.

The Opportunity

As an Asset Manager, you will take the lead on a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring they perform safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to optimise performance and deliver long-term value across each site. This role will be predominantly based in Edenbridge with occasional travel to sites. This is a great opportunity to shape processes, influence performance and contribute to a growing asset management function. You will use data insights, build strong relationships, and help drive continuous improvement across a diverse renewable energy portfolio.

Who You Are

We are looking for an Asset Manager who is organised, analytical and confident managing key stakeholder relationships. You will bring a proactive mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced use of Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience using monitoring platforms to track and respond to asset performance
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing maintenance activities
  • Demonstrable ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Experience contributing to process improvement or operational restructuring initiatives
  • Ideally having some experience working within the Solar PV or wider renewables sector, with responsibility for asset performance, although not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance
  • Monitoring asset data daily, identifying issues and coordinating timely resolutions
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers
  • Analysing performance metrics and producing regular reports with actionable insights
  • Supporting continuous improvement through process development and system enhancements
