About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead on innovative digital media campaigns that help millions move toward a greener future? We are excited to announce a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Digital Media Lead (Programmatic) to join our Energy & EV team within Sales & Marketing.
The Opportunity… We’re on a mission to help over 5 million customers transition to Net Zero — and our Retail business is transforming to make that happen. We’re looking for a Digital Media Lead (Programmatic) to supercharge our paid media activity across programmatic, social, search and emerging channels. You’ll play a key role in growing our digital performance, reaching new audiences, and shaping how we connect with customers at scale. You’ll also work closely with the others part of the Retail team including colleagues in Commercial & Performance to optimise our channels, platform and share insights to improve the Customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the strategy, setup, and optimisation of programmatic, display, video, and social campaigns
- Defining and delivering audience segmentation strategies and targeting opportunities
- Running A/B tests and fine-tuning creative, placements, and bidding strategies
- Partnering with data, media, and creative teams to produce impactful, high-performing campaigns
- Tracking and reporting performance against KPIs and spend efficiency
- Managing relationships with DSPs, DMPs, ad tech vendors and media partners
- Exploring new platforms and tools to stay ahead of the curve
