Join us at EDF UK as a Fleet Training Support Specialist and help shape the training that powers our nuclear operations. As a Fleet Training Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the Nuclear Skills Alliance, supporting the delivery of training across EDF’s nuclear fleet. You’ll work closely with training teams and specialists to ensure smooth operations and effective learning experiences. Reporting to the Specialist and Reporting Group Head, and supporting Hinkley Point C course delivery, you’ll provide expert guidance on training matters and play a key role in enabling our long-term nuclear ambitions. This opportunity does offer hybrid working. You will be expected in the office 2 days a week and further travel to our sites, when needed. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing and updating training course details, permissions, and codes, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our Learning Management System (LMS). Your keen eye for data will help maintain accuracy and support reporting needs. You’ll coordinate CAP and Insight meetings, resolve LMS issues, and support cross-licensee role allocations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our training delivery. From training users on LMS to maintaining guides and exploring process improvements, you’ll be a central figure in driving excellence and innovation in our training systems. Your experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools makes you confident in handling data and solving problems effectively. Experience with Learning Management Systems and knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training would be a bonus, but not essential. As a minimum, candidates will need to be educated to a GCSE/National Qualification standard (or equivalent) candidates with these qualifications that include “4” and above grade passes in English and Maths will have an advantage.
