Job Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will have a good understanding of working with concrete for placing and finishing.
- Able to level and vibrate concrete to achieve the desired grade of finish.
- Experienced in remedial works and techniques to achieve a variety of finish.
- Capable of carrying out manual handling.
Qualifications:
- CSCS Card (Skilled worker)
Experience:
- The successful candidate will have experience and understanding of general construction processes.
- A good understanding of site operation and duties.
- Capable of carrying out manual handling.
- A good understanding of Groundworks and Civils processes.
- Able to carry out delegated tasks without further direction.
Other Details:
- This position is initially offered on a 6 month basis; if both parties are happy this contract will be extended.
- This position is offered for day shifts working 12 shifts on, 2 shifts off (every other weekend off, 60-84hrs per week).
- 39 hours must be worked during the week to claim overtime rates.
- Lodge payment is available for those that meet the criteria.
- This role is PAYE.
