The Opportunity
As our CRM Strategy Owner, you’ll use data, insight and Braze to build clear, effective journeys across every customer touchpoint. Your work will help customers feel informed and supported as we move towards An Electric Britain. You’ll join us on a competitive salary, working in a hybrid pattern that blends home and office time. You’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues to share ideas, solve problems and keep customer needs at the heart of our decisions. You’ll shape CRM direction, champion testing new ideas and lead our Braze super user community. You’ll work closely with marketing and data teams, helping us build meaningful engagement and optimise the full customer lifecycle.
